They set the standard in online marketing in their area and through utilising various Agentpoint products they continued this. They use one of our partner real estate software providers Advenda to manage their listings and print marketing. Their website is the Raindy Theme, they have a mobile version of their site along with facebook applications added to their real estate business facebook page.
Search.find.invest is a wordpress site designed for property investors, its a real resource which can help investors make decisions about purchasing property. It used our real estate software to populate the site with listings and the Ian wordpress theme.
Urban Land & Housing specialise in new property developments ranging from land, house and land and apartments in the Sydney area. They required a website which not only displayed their new listing stock for sale but also market each project and new development. What we did is build a WordPress real estate plugin which creates a page for each project, these details are managed in our listing system Zoo Property. The client can then assign their stock to each project so on the project page you will also see the listings which belong to each project.

They required a quick and cost effective online solution while making sure their brand was positioned correctly for their market. They utilise the technology of one of our partner sites Inhabit where they manage their listings through their real estate software which feed through to their site. They opted for the place real estate wordpress theme as the large images and style blends in well with their office at Five Dock.
Island Coast Real Estate are located in Mission Beach Queensland and chose to purchase the Place Real Estate Theme which we re-branded with their logos and colours.
The site is built from WordPress and uses all of Agentpoint’s real estate plugins. The design and style of the site is very fresh suiting the Mission Beach location.
FNQ Hot Property are a real estate agency based in Trinity Park, Queensland. They required a new real estate website and with a limited budget opted for one of our real estate themes. You could say the theme looks “hot” in that it fits in very nicely with their real estate brand. We use a new WordPress plugin we developed for the homepage featured slider which rotates through numerous listings.

Richardson & Website head office contracted Agentpoint to build them a new web solution for their National Head Office site and franchise offices. The online real estate solution we devised was based around the Worpdress Multi User (WPMU) platform and includes a national website, individual franchise websites, mobile phone sites and also facebook applications.
The advantages of using WPMU is that the code base for all sites in the network is situated in one location meaning managing, updating and deploying new sites is a lot easier than running individual sites. It also means the sites can share data easily as they share the same database as one another. We’ve built a real estate cache plugin which optimises page load times across the WPMU install which allows a greater experience for users.

Richardson & Wrench Noosa are one of the leading real estate agents in Noosa, Queensland and were looking to work with a real estate website designer to relaunch their ageing website. We built them a custom wordpress real estate website and additional wordpress plugins to help keep the gap between themselves and their competitors.
The additional WordPress plugins we built them include a real estate e-mag plugin, local business plugin, splash page plugin, numerous social networking widgets and a custom pdf brochure tool. They also opted for one of our mobile phone real estate websites which browsers will see if they enter Noosa’s site via a mobile phone.
