Homelands were a large franchise office based in Hounville Tasmania who recently broke away from a franchise and started there own real estate brand. They wanted to work with a real estate website designer to launch their new brand “Homelands”, providing a system which had the same level of service, features and reliability as what they were experiencing through their franchise technology.

Homelands decided to purchase one of our real estate theme websites and incorporate this theme into their new agency design. The site is very crisp and clean helping to demonstrate Homelands is one of the contemporary agencies in Hounville, Tasmania.

Ristic real estate are located in Mill Park Victoria and were another franchisee who left and started their own brand. They required an online real estate solution which was similar to what they had experienced as a franchisee but was cost effective and had more technological features.

Ristic real estate purchased one of our worpdress real estate themes and had a few minor custom adjustments made to give them their own individual feel. They are planning to utilise the wordpress blogging feature in their real estate website as a tool to keep their database of subscribers up to date and informed about what’s going on in the market.

Real Direct are a real estate agency who do things a little differently than your normal real estate agency. They therefore needed a real estate web designer who could explain their different offering through their website. We were required to take one of our standard WordPress real estate themes and adjust the homepage layout along with create specific HTML for other pages illustrating their services and products.

Bluedge property are a real estate agency located in Hobart who specialise in premium property across southern and the east coast of Tasmania. Agentpoint designed this real estate site in keeping with the Bluedge brand which is bold and sophiosticated. The dark colours are tempered by the bright logo which both use blue. As you go deeper into the site you will notice layers of extra features, making the site easy to navigate. The website uses the WordPress CMS and Agentlog Property Listing Management System, Web Analytics software.
