Positive Real Estate Listings

Postive Real Estate Listings is a buyers agency showcasing investment deals across Australia. The design for this website was complete by another designer and Agentpoint was contracted to build the website out in WordPress and also provide the property listing system through Zoo Property.

The website involved customising our wordpress technology to account for the additional investment criteria the client needed.

Argy Property

Argy Property are a family based real estate agency based in the St George area of Sydney. There office is in Kogarah and there service all types of real estate. They wanted a progressive online marketing solution and opted for a new website through Agentpoint accompanied with a mobile phone website and our real estate facebook applications.

What’s great about their solution is that content updated through their blog automatically appears on their facebook and soon to be launched twitter pages. This reduces administration for the client but at the same time broadens their marketing reach to include social networks.

USA Investor

This client based in Sydney, sells foreclosed and repossessed real estate in the United States to Australian investors. They required a somewhat unique solution as we were required to integrate widgets from leading real estate portals in the USA like Trulia.com, Zillow.com and realtor.com into the property pages of the website. These widgets are quite useful as they provide informative neighbourhood information for where each property is located.

The client opted for one of our prebuilt real estate websites which we then customised to suit their brands and American flavour.
