This week Google started to penalise non responsive mobile optimised websites. This includes penalising websites that have a mobi website eg m.realestateanglesea.com.au.
Google provided a warning around this in February as per here. They have been sending alerts out to Webmaster’s of domains over the past 2 weeks advising their websites are not mobile friendly.
