If you are a real estate portal then you can be added to the list of 3rd party portals which Agentpoint/Zoo Property exports data to. We do not charge ongoing fees to the portal for sending our client’s data to you as this is part of the service we provide to our clients. There is a small one off setup fee of $290 + GST to cover the cost to enable a new portal and send through test data.

As a portal you must accept one of the existing XML formats we use, changes to these formats or production of new feeds may incur additional charges.

Please Note:
– Agentpoint can only send you our client’s property data if they have provided us with written permission to send you their data.
– If you do not present our client’s information correctly and the same as what they have added into our system then we reserve the right to stop sending you our client’s listings.
