We do not have hidden charges and have flat pricing policies as we believe there should be no limitations on the number of listings, users who can access our system or portals your data appears on.

Don’t forget, there are no contracts with Agentpoint and you can change your package or end your relationship by providing one months notice via email.

* Includes one of our real estate themes plus a homepage redesign as per a design you approve.

** No exports means no portal pushing feature but it does include importing your data from other systems and pushing it to any Agentpoint products.

*** Vendor access allows vendors to login to our system and add/manage their listings. This is only used by clients who are operating agent assisted or vendor assisted services.

**** Support is optional and includes bug fixes, WordPress upgrades, minor site adjustments (less than15 mins work) and any advice or help with managing your online solution.

^ Support for PropertyHUB is free and includes queries or issues submitted through the Support ticket system found within PropertyHUB.

^^ Unlimited eMarketing (with no email limits) capability from the system. This is a per month fee and also includes a $200 + GST setup fee. This covers creating a header and footer image and loading this into your eMarketing.

Hosting and Support is compulsory for 3 months with all of our products. For our multimedia products hosting is compulsory through out the live of the product.

SMS credits can be purchased from within the system at $0.14 per sms

If you require us to set you up as an importer into our CRM system there is a $250 + GST setup fee (Sign Up Form)

– A dedicated IP address can be purchased for $180 + GST per year
– A SSL certificate can be purchased and configured for $180 + GST
– A * Wildcard SSL certificate can be purchased and configured for $360 + GST

Import, Export and Listing synchronising fees :

$0 = New client This is covered in your initial setup cost for 1 import
$120 + GST = Administrative cost to assess, prepare and facilitate the migration from one system to another system this includes any matching/removing and importing of listings if you are an existing client
$125 + GST PH = Complications caused by third party i.e. fixing duplicates
$125 + GST PH = Export clients that request alterations outside of the “norm” to their feed

Email forward service fees:

– The cost is $125 + GST setup fee and then an ongoing monthly subscription of $150 + GST.
– For SMS setup the price is $250 + GST and you need to create your account with SMS Global for SMS credits.
