The site has a number of headers that load each time a new page is requested. We decided against using flash as it has become too passe and does nothing for the user experience. But we did want to make a statement and the Fruit collection of sites does that in spades.
Agentpoint developed a number of plug-ins specifically for these websites. Feature properties, latest listings, property clouds, email subscriptions, RSS feeds, pagination, and each website has their own time clock and weather plug-in
We also developed a plug-in that allows all team members to have an individual page complete with all of their own for sale lease, under offer, sold and leased listings.
The site also has XML sitemaps for Google, Yahoo, Ask and MSN and because they are built entirely on the WordPress platform they are standards compliant and come with all of the features of this powerful platform.
