Smart real estate are an agency based on the Gold Coast, Queensland and were looking for a real estate web designer who could deliver a “smart” and stylish real estate site. They had a good idea in relation to what they wanted their site to look like but were really after a theme website. We decided to create a new Agentpoint real estate website theme as per their requests and which can be purchased from the theme shop.

We created them a specific real estate mapping plugin for this theme which can be integrated into any other Agentpoint real estate website.

Land.com.au is a new real estate portal Agentpoint has finished building and launched in the Australian market. With an excellent domain name Land.com.au specialise in advertising Land for sale across Australia. The site is built from WordPress and uses the Agentpoint real estate plugin and syncs with the property listing system Zoo Property. Agents wanting to list their property on land can manually enter them into Zoo Property or have their existing software provider automatically send their listings across to Zoo Property.

Agentpoint was commissioned to build a real estate website for Colliers International who are contracted to sell real estate belonging to the Defence Housing of Australia (DHA).

Closely working with Fairfax Digital, the site synchronises with some of their network services including MyDesktop and Australian Property Monitors (APM). MyDesktop is used to list and manage the property listings, the website remits registration, property enquiries and page view data back to Mydesktop.The site also displays live property sales data streamed directly from APM.

Agentpoint has just launched the new O’Meara Property website. Omeara were after a feature rich real estate website which provided users with an abundance of useful information while browsing for property listings. However, they didn’t want the property page to be too busy so we devised a solution (through javascipt tabs) to hide this information and allow the user to decide what information they would like to see.

We also integrated our new favourites and stamp duty calculator into this wordpress website providing the user with an enhanced experience.

Due to the popularity of our Business Directory application and also because of the very ineffective avenues for local businesses to advertise online has led to the creation of an Agentpoint Advertising application. Bluedge property are a real estate agency located in Hobart who specialise in premium property across southern and the east coast of Tasmania. Agentpoint designed this real estate site in keeping with the Bluedge brand which is bold and sophiosticated. The dark colours are tempered by the bright logo which both use blue. As you go deeper into the site you will notice layers of extra features, making the site easy to navigate.
