Urban Land & Housing specialise in new property developments ranging from land, house and land and apartments in the Sydney area. They required a website which not only displayed their new listing stock for sale but also market each project and new development. What we did is build a WordPress real estate plugin which creates a page for each project, these details are managed in our listing system Zoo Property. The client can then assign their stock to each project so on the project page you will also see the listings which belong to each project.

Place Estate Agents are one of the leading real estate agents in the prestigious suburb Double Bay in Sydney”s Eastern Suburbs. Place purchased one of our real estate theme websites around 18 months ago as they quickly needed to upgrade from their previous website provider.

The Place brand has built up recognition over the past 18 months and after a minor rebrand a few weeks ago we worked with the client to launch a new web solution. Place are at the forefront of video in the Eastern Suburbs so we made that a feature of their site. Their website is also fully optimised for iPad and tablet websites providing browsers with an exciting user experience.

This client was a brand new R&W office which opened in Sydney city and Circular Quay who needed a real estate website launched very quickly. They chose our Dewi theme which we were able to re-brand it within a day and launched it within a few days. The real estate theme uses our WordPress technology and various real estate plugins we use. The client list their properties through MyDesktop which are then automatically sent through to our Zoo Property system.

Di Jones Real Estate are a real estate agency who specialise in selling and leasing real estate in Paddington and Wollahra in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Di Jones undertook a small rebrand and we were required to implement this into their web solution. The site is very clean and has a crisp feel to it. It uses our latest WordPress real estate plugins and has a few modifications including the ability to download open times to your calendar. There will be a mobile version of the real estate website launched in the coming days.

Real Direct are a real estate agency who do things a little differently than your normal real estate agency. They therefore needed a real estate web designer who could explain their different offering through their website. We were required to take one of our standard WordPress real estate themes and adjust the homepage layout along with create specific HTML for other pages illustrating their services and products.
