Richardson & Website head office contracted Agentpoint to build them a new web solution for their National Head Office site and franchise offices. The online real estate solution we devised was based around the Worpdress Multi User (WPMU) platform and includes a national website, individual franchise websites, mobile phone sites and also facebook applications.

The advantages of using WPMU is that the code base for all sites in the network is situated in one location meaning managing, updating and deploying new sites is a lot easier than running individual sites. It also means the sites can share data easily as they share the same database as one another. We’ve built a real estate cache plugin which optimises page load times across the WPMU install which allows a greater experience for users.

Units Agency is an agency attempting to carve its way a niche in units & apartments for sale across Sydney. It’s a very crisp and clean design which was created by the client and converted into the current website by Agentpoint.

It uses a large amount of Javascript to hide/display information which is viewable on demand by the user. There is a nifty Share plugin which allows website users to quickly share the website or property pages with Social Networks. It users the majority of the other real estate widgets and plugins developed by Agentpoint.

Hannaford Stock & Land came to us with a limited budget, yet wanted a website which conveyed their brand and dominace in real estate and livestock sales in the Gloucester area.

We offered them one of our template websites and tailored various aspects of the Homepage and Listing Results Page to better suit the way they do business. This website uses the latest version of WordPress and our most recent plugins allowing the client to easily manage website content.
