Support can include “picking our brains” about latest technology or Agentpoint providing advice in relation to content creation or integration with social networks. It could be as simple as how to create a post or eCampaign……..our goal is for you to utilize your solution to the optimal level.
Our support lines include:
- Ticket Support- You can submit a ticket through our Helpdesk that will then be dispersed between our team. Tickets are usually answered within 10 to 20 mins of being submitted from 8.00 am to 8.00pm weekdays. With our office in the United States means that urgent tickets submitted outside this time will be addressed. Tickets are actioned according to their importance and its our goal to try and address all tickets within 24 hours of being submitted.
- By using the ticket system allows both parties to monitor the process of tickets and view any discussions/materials in relation to the ticket. It also allows us to quickly recognise a request and allocate it to the appropriate person within our organisation.
- Email Support- You can email our office hello[@]agentpoint.com who will address any questions or issues you have. We do prefer that you create tickets through the Ticket Support as they can be actioned quicker, but on occasions you may require to contact a staff member directly.
- Phone Support – Between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday you can call our office and speak to one of our staff. We can answer your questions and fix your issues and even provide real time training (may need to schedule a time if it is in-depth training). Any calls received outside business hours will reach our answering service where a message can be left.
- Outside Business Hours Emergencies – You can call this mobile 0406 385 927 for emergencies and someone will answer your call or get back to you as soon as possible to address any issues you have.
