Website CRM Solution
All Agentpoint websites include web contact formsĀ meaning site browsers are required to fill in a form for any type of enquiry. The benefits of this are:
- Your email address is withheld meaning it won’t be picked up by spam bots
- The form is submitted and details saved to the database
- You receive an email with the enquiry
- We can then remit the details back into Zoo Property where a Contact created in your CRM.
- Users can submit property and news alert criteria.
The website has an automated alerts functionality whereby an email can be sent daily or weekly including any properties which match the subscribers criteria. The email includes the property details and images and will link the user back to the property on your website.
Any news content you publish to your website will also automatically be emailed to users who have subscribed to that type of a content. An email will be sent with the headline and first paragraph of the news content directing the user back to your website where they can view and comment on the remainder of the content.
Gone are the days when you simply email pdfs and full content to yoru database. You need to encourage your database to engage with you this is why with this solution the content is located on your website. You’re driving traffic back to where they can see more about your business, your properties and hopefully engage through your blogs or other website widgets.
Zoo Property CRM Solution
All the information captured through your website can be remitted back into the Contacts section in Zoo Property. Contacts can be created and managed according to the type of user they are eg Potential Purchaser, Existing Vendor etc and their details managed. You can also set their buying/leasing criteria and there is a Notes section showcasing the interaction with them through alerts, properties they’ve viewed, contracts submitted, offers submitted, properties they own or have owned and more.
You can then send HTML based email alerts, stock lists and other Ecampaigns from the system to specific contacts or certain mailing groups. There is email tracking software enabled which shows who the campaign was sent to, which contacts opened it, how many bounced, who forwarded the campaign and what sections of the email they clicked. Third Party CRM Solutions
We’ve built syncs from Zoo Property with other CRM systems allowing you the freedom to choose to use their systems.
