Ristic real estate are located in Mill Park Victoria and were another franchisee who left and started their own brand. They required an online real estate solution which was similar to what they had experienced as a franchisee but was cost effective and had more technological features.

Ristic real estate purchased one of our worpdress real estate themes and had a few minor custom adjustments made to give them their own individual feel. They are planning to utilise the wordpress blogging feature in their real estate website as a tool to keep their database of subscribers up to date and informed about what’s going on in the market.

Move On Realty is a real estate agent based in Redcliffe Queensland who chose to purchase one of our WordPress real estate websites. We re-branded the theme with their logo and colours and had it finished within 2 weeks. We’ve utlised video on their homepage and attempted to showcase their brand, location, staff and listings.

Grand real estate are based in Dee Why in the Northern Beaches of Sydney and had ended their franchisee and needed to work with a real estate web designer to launch their new brand. Grand Real Estate purchased one of our WordPress real estate themes and switched off a few things they no longer required.

Grand Real Estate also opted to purchase our real estate mobile phone sites, facebook real estate applications and our iPad and tablet real estate website. They launched as an independent agency with a “bang” making them the most technological and contemporary real estate agency in the Dee Why area.

This client was a brand new R&W office which opened in Sydney city and Circular Quay who needed a real estate website launched very quickly. Land.com.au is a new real estate portal Agentpoint has finished building and launched in the Australian market. With an excellent domain name Land.com.au specialise in advertising Land for sale across Australia. The site is built from WordPress and uses the Agentpoint real estate plugin and syncs with the property listing system Zoo Property. Agents wanting to list their property on land can manually enter them into Zoo Property or have their existing software provider automatically send their listings across to Zoo Property.

An Australian industry first, Agentpoint have created the first iPad specific website which is built and optimised for Apple’s iPad. The real estate website renders perfectly in the iPad making use of the iPad’s touch screen functionality.

We’ve built the iPad website using WordPress Multi User WPMU, meaning we can easily replicate the site for any real estate office or agent. We place some code on your normal agency website which will detect whether the browser is using an iPad, if they are we will then direct them to the iPad site. We’ve created a floor plans WordPress real estate plugin which allows you to pinpoint images to a floorplan. When a user clicks on the marker on the floorplan an image will popup in a lightbox. Basically, your static floorplan becomes an interactive virtual tour for the home. It is quite useful as users can assign images to locations in the property while browsing the floorplan.

At the moment we are only using it in our individual property websites but we plan to deploy it to our main stream agency websites shortly in the future. You can check out an example at 23 Prince Albert.
