Island Coast Real Estate are located in Mission Beach Queensland and chose to purchase the Place Real Estate Theme which we re-branded with their logos and colours.
The site is built from WordPress and uses all of Agentpoint’s real estate plugins. The design and style of the site is very fresh suiting the Mission Beach location.

NRAS Residential are a real estate agency based in Perth, Western Australia who specialise in the sale of investment properties where tax incentives are received from the government. An important part of the NRAS website was to capture browser details and also showcase the tax savings available. We built them a special WordPress tax calculation plugin which allows browsers to enter their personal savings and income details and the tax benefits through purchasing a property can be seen.
NRAS are also taking advantage of Zoo Property and importing properties belonging to 3rd parties to showcase them on their website. We used one of our WordPress real estate themes and re-branded it to look and feel like the NRAS brand and will continue to work with the client to provide effective real estate web design services.

This client was a brand new R&W office which opened in Sydney city and Circular Quay who needed a real estate website launched very quickly. They chose our Dewi theme which we were able to re-brand it within a day and launched it within a few days. The real estate theme uses our WordPress technology and various real estate plugins we use. The client list their properties through MyDesktop which are then automatically sent through to our Zoo Property system.

Di Jones Real Estate are a real estate agency who specialise in selling and leasing real estate in Paddington and Wollahra in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Di Jones undertook a small rebrand and we were required to implement this into their web solution. The site is very clean and has a crisp feel to it. It uses our latest WordPress real estate plugins and has a few modifications including the ability to download open times to your calendar. There will be a mobile version of the real estate website launched in the coming days.

Your home away from home is a new site launched by Di Jones Real Estate and is designed to lease short term accommodation in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. The site largely models the new Di Jones real estate website but has be branded with the Your Home Away From Home logo.
The client uses Sherlock Software system SecureBookIt to mange the property data on the website. So we were required to build a WordPress plugin which syncs with Secure Bookit and Sherlock Software systems pulling live information in relation to the availability and pricing. If you’re after a website which can handle online bookings for holiday accommodation then we recommend using the Sherlock system.

Nerang First National are the leading real estate agents in Nerang and surrounding areas on the Gold Coast. They needed a conventional website allowing them to sit at the top of search results in the suburbs they operate in. WordPress was the natural choice for them as it allows them to structure their pages and posts to display the wealth of content they have.
If you perform key word searches in their suburbs you’ll find they are at the top of search results. Further proof that by building your real estate website from WordPress will significantly increase your SEO.
We’ve created a floor plans WordPress real estate plugin which allows you to pinpoint images to a floorplan. When a user clicks on the marker on the floorplan an image will popup in a lightbox. Basically, your static floorplan becomes an interactive virtual tour for the home. It is quite useful as users can assign images to locations in the property while browsing the floorplan.

They were looking for a real estate web designer who could allow them to effectively advertise the benefits of living in brand new apartment and housing complexes. We built a special projects WordPress plugin allowing them to highlight the benefits of each of their projects along with the properties belonging to each.

For Sale For Lease (Forsaleforlease.com.au) are the leading agent assisted or owner assisted website in Australia. Based in Melbourne they required a real estate website which allowed vendors to add and manage property listings. We built the website using WordPress and created a real estate plugin allowing vendors to list properties and make payments through a payment gateway which we integrated with WordPress.
Our web designer was required to integrate third party advertising into the design making sure it was not to intrusive for website users.
We’ve been working closely with Australian Property Monitors to develop a Worpdress real estate widget which allows real estate agents to display property sales data alongside their property listings. The widget displays a summary of sales statistics for the suburb the property is located in along with a flash enabled graph for median house and unit prices over the past 10 years. In the demographics tab you’ll find handy information regarding the demographics of that suburb.
