Di Jones required a secure system whereby they could share documents, publish minutes and engage in secure discussions via a forum like environment with staff members. We used the WordPress content management system and created individual logins for each staff member. They can then able to login and read the latest updates along with post comments as they like. Team members would be alerted whenever new content was published via emails and there were various access levels available so Admin could control and post content.
