Colliers International have been appointed the exclusive selling agents for a new land release in the ACT and working with the Land Development Agency of the ACT to selling the 4000+ blocks of land.

The requirements for the website were to provide a site which is informational and enables users to register their interest to be informed when the first state “Wright” is released in the coming weeks. We’re currently working on the technology for the Wright site which will be launched later next month.

For Sale For Lease (Forsaleforlease.com.au) are the leading agent assisted or owner assisted website in Australia. Based in Melbourne they required a real estate website which allowed vendors to add and manage property listings. We built the website using WordPress and created a real estate plugin allowing vendors to list properties and make payments through a payment gateway which we integrated with WordPress.

Our web designer was required to integrate third party advertising into the design making sure it was not to intrusive for website users.

The WordPress 3.0 Beta came out today. From their blog:

This is an early beta. This means there are a few things we’re still finishing. We wanted to get people testing it this weekend, so we’re releasing it now rather than waiting another week until everything is finalized and polished. There’s a ton of stuff going on in 3.0, so this time we’re giving you a list of things to check out, so that we can make sure people are testing all the things that need it.

Can’t wait to look into it, especially given it is merging wp with wpmu through a super admin dashboard. This will make deploying real estate solutions for franchises with numerous offices a breeze to manage.
