Previously, Agentpoint had a property cloud filter which enabled users to search for properties on our client’s websites. This was limited because it only allowed for one layer of filter. Awaba Properties and Homes on the Move were two separate identities who wanted to be rebranded as one. Their website had to highlight their core business as a specialist in short term and holiday rental accommodation.
We developed a feature rich holiday accommodation theme with many widgets allowing users to search for accommodation through either a Quick Search or Advance property cloud. Users can also elect to received news alerts or holiday accommodation and normal rental accommodation alerts along with post comments and request a property management appraisal.
There is an advance holiday enquiry form allowing users to check the availability, select the nights they would like to stay and provide other information which will be instantly submitted to the property manager.
Although Agentlog already has a holiday/short term accommodation listing system we decided it was time to enhance this section and turn it into a full online booking system. Read the rest of this article »
